1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below:

• "Platform" refers to the lbk8 website accessible through the official domain, including all subdomains and related applications.
• "Account" refers to the user profile registered through the official lbk8 registration form.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account at any given time, including real money and bonus money.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial incentive or free credit credited into a user's account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be used in wagers before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user, distinct from bonus money credited by the platform.

2 User Eligibility

Use of the lbk8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
• Not listed on any recognised self-exclusion programme or gambling prohibition.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not located in a territory where the use of such services is unlawful or prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To register an lbk8 account, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes full name as per identity card, active mobile phone number and a valid email address. Incorrect or false information may result in account suspension and any balance being voided.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at a time. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of terms. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

To keep your account secure, you are advised to use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Never share your login details with any other party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The lbk8 platform accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20 per transaction.

Withdrawals are available to all users who have met the applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen payment method and security review time.

• All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise directed by the support team.
• lbk8 does not charge any internal processing fees for regular deposits or withdrawals.
• lbk8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review purposes if required.
• Any withdrawal attempt involving fraudulent activity will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus and Promotion Offers

lbk8 offers various promotional offers from time to time, subject to the specific terms of each offer. All bonuses received must be used in accordance with the set wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM150, giving a total balance of RM250 with a wagering requirement of RM3,750 (i.e. RM150 × 25). For a deposit of RM2,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 will be credited, resulting in a balance of RM3,700 with a wagering requirement of RM37,500 (i.e. RM1,500 × 25).

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and are only valid for use in wagers on the platform.
• Each user is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• lbk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the bonus being voided and possible account closure.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the lbk8 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and other games, are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface.

Game results generated by the system are final. lbk8 uses certified random number generators (RNG) and software from licensed game providers to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round.

• Any technical disruption or connection issue during a game will be resolved in accordance with the platform's dispute resolution policy.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled once a game has started.
• lbk8 reserves the right to void wagers if a technical error or significantly abnormal odds outside market norms occur.

7 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the lbk8 platform:

• Opening or using more than one account in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Using false personal information or another person's identity during registration.
• Using automated software, bots, or any external assistance tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the system or manipulate game mechanics.
• Disrupting or damaging the normal operation of the platform through any technical means.
• Abusing promotions or bonus offers in a way that goes against the intent of those promotions.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

lbk8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms set out in this Agreement.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the lbk8 support team. In such cases, any available real money balance will be returned after wagering requirement checks and identity verification are completed.

• Once an account is closed due to a terms violation, the platform's decision is final and cannot be disputed.
• Account closure requested by the user will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically cancelled when the account is closed.

9 Liability Limits

lbk8 provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding service stability, accuracy of information, or continuous availability of the platform at all times.

lbk8 will not be liable for any financial loss, indirect loss, or service disruption arising from the use of this platform unless it is caused by direct negligence or proven fault on the part of the platform.

• The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues on the part of the internet service provider or the user's device.
• Users are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make of their own accord.
• lbk8 does not accept any liability exceeding the total amount of the user's active deposits within the thirty days prior to the claim being made.

10 Responsible Gambling

lbk8 is committed to responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling habits, including but not limited to deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, and cool-off periods from play.

If you feel that gambling is starting to have a negative impact on your life or those around you, you are advised to use the self-exclusion option available through your account or to contact the support team for assistance. 12 Amendments to Terms

lbk8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at the platform's absolute discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Users are advised to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the amended terms.
